I think Dollar Lake might be haunted! One night when we were all asleep at night we heard the most unusual sound outside of our tent. It did not sound like any animal that roams the earth. The sound made the hair stand up on my skin.

A few other people who I know have visited Dollar Lake have seen orbs at night flying over the lake.

Great family lake! Always clean water. Plenty of parking. Large change rooms and flushing toilets. Concession stand serves some hot and cold treats. The lake is shallow off the beach so great for beginners or little ones. Always a lifeguard in the Summer.

Visited in October so the park was very low occupancy. Fantastic campsites with lots of privacy and the great service we've come to expect from our provincial campground hosts. Thoroughly enjoyable

Nice quiet clean campground to go for a night or two, the lake is perfect for swimming and canoeing and the beach is nice. Camp sites are private and spacious

Our favourite beach and campground by far. The sites may be unserviced but they are nice and big and the green space is beautiful. Lots of trails to walk and geocaching and the beach is fun for hours!
